Our people
Zanders’ professionals characteristically have extensive specialist knowledge in their respective fields and a strong hands-on mentality. Our consultants all have a university education and a Master’s degree relevant to the field they work in. All in all, the team offers a broad mix of specializations, nationalities and professional experience.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for enterprising, self motivated and pro-active candidates who like to work as a consultant, have willingness to travel and have a proven interest in financial markets. Academic professionals with a serious ability to perform and who have the ability to realize changes, to convince, inspire and drive people. The candidates have to take responsibility for their results and ensure that their colleagues are responsible and consistent. Needless to say, candidates should have the ambition to grow within Zanders and to develop within their area of expertise or managerial position.

All associate consultants, starters, will start with an in-depth training on Zanders competences combined with a CFA I certification. The best experience though, is the one you will acquire on-the-job.
